NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2015, entered in Case No. 15-1200-CI in the Circuit Court in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein COACHMAN CREEK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and RAMIZA HODZIC, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 10:00 A.M. on January 8, 2016. ( ) www.pinellas.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 223, COACHMAN CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGES 88-105, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
More commonly known as: 2625 STATE ROAD 590 #223, CLEARWATER, FLORIDA 33759.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
