NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 8th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2011-CA -004154 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED TRUST SERIES INABS 2005-D, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES INABS 2005-D UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED DEC 1, 2005, is Plaintiff and SUSAN ALEXANDER DAVIS; et al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 18th day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9 AND THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PART OF LOT 8: BEGIN AT NW CORNER OF LOT 9, RUN WESTERLY 35 FEET, THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY APPROXIMATELY 183 FEET TO THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 8, THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY 26 FEET ALONG THE SOUTHERN BOUNDARY OF LOT 8 TO THE SW CORNER OF LOT 9, THENCE NORTHEASTERLY TO THE P.O.B., BLOCK 38, LAKE MAGGIORE PARK, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 738 Lake Maggiore Blvd S., Saint Petersburg, FL 33705
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
