NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 20, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2014-CA-001810 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein SPRINGLEAF FINANCE CORPORATION, IN TRUST FOR U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR SPRINGLEAF MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2012-2, MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES SERIES, 2012-2. is Plaintiff and ADAM GREEN , NADINE HEATHER GREEN, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 22nd day of December, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
