NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 30th day of October, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13000992CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and ZSUZSANNA UJFALUSI; GLENEAGLES HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE COURTYARDS 2 HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; CSABA UJFALUSI; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of December, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, COURTYARDS 2 AT GLENEAGLES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 109, PAGES 70 THROUGH 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
