NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 30th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11007090CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FANNIE MAE (FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION) is the Plaintiff and KRISTIN S. LARSON A/K/A KRISTIN S. DANKO; AMSOUTH BANK A/K/A REGIONS BANK; UNIFUND CCR PARTNERS, G.P.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 17th day of December, 2015, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK âFâ, DUNEDIN ISLES COUNTRY CLUB SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 21, PAGES 94 AND 95, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
