TO: Deontre Rahsaan Poole aka Deontre Rashman Poole and all others who may claim an interest in the above-described $3,116.99 U.S. Currency (hereinafter the “Property”).
Petitioner, BOB GUALTIERI, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, seized the Property on or about October 29, 2015, at or near the Publix Supermarket parking lot located at 2514 McMullen Booth Road, #1117 in Clearwater, Pinellas County, Florida, and will file or has filed with the Pinellas County Circuit Court a verified Complaint for Forfeiture to obtain a Finding of Probable Cause as to why the Property should not be forfeited to the use of or sold by Petitioner upon producing due proof that the Property was used in violation of Florida laws dealing with contraband, all pursuant to Section 932.701-.704, Florida Statutes (2014).
