NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on August 7, 2014, and the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, entered October 27, 2015, in the above-captioned action, the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 29, GULF BREEZE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 57, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Shall be sold by the Clerk of Court on the 4th day of January, 2016 at 10:00a.m. (Eastern Time) at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com to the highest bidder, for cash, after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
