YOU ARE NOTIFIED that a petition for name change for a minor child has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before twenty (20) days after the first publication of this Notice of Action, on Rex Golden, Esq., whose address is 710 94th Avenue North, Suite 308, and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Petitioner's Attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or Petition.
This notice shall be published once each week for 4 consecutive weeks in The Business Observer.
