NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 19, 2015, in the above-styled cause, Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 60, B47 Building, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of On Top of the World, Unit Forty-four, A CONDOMINIUM, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 27, Page 39, and in Official Records Book 4660, pages 161 through 188, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and more commonly described as 2360 Irish Lane, #60, Clearwater, Florida, 33763.
at public sale, on the 19th day of January, 2016 to the highest bidder in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on the prescribed date in accordance with Section 45.031 Florida Statutes.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
