Reardon also known as Darlene Marie Reardon also known as Darlene Reardon, deceased, Kathlene Devore also known as Kathlene Marie Henson also known as Kathlene Marie Reardon Hand also known as Kathlene Marie Reardon also known as Kathlene M. THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT F, BUILDING 155, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF MADEIRA BEACH YACHT CLUB, AN ADULT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 26 THROUGH 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 9, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5203, PAGES 83 THROUGH 191, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
