NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 18, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-004947-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which OneWest Bank N.A., is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Darlene M. Reardon also known as Darlene Marie Reardon also known as Darlene Reardon, deceased, Kathlene Devore also known as Kathlene Marie Henson also known as Kathlene Marie Reardon Hand also known as Kathlene Marie Reardon also known as Kathlene M. Devore also known as Kathleen Devore, as an Heir of the Estate of Darlene M. Reardon also known as Darlene Marie Reardon, deceased, Madeira Beach Yacht Club Condominium Association, Inc., Pinellas County, Florida, State of Florida, Timothy M. Reardon, as an Heir of the Estate of Darlene M. Reardon also known as Darlene Marie Reardon, deceased, United States of America, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 4th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT F, BUILDING 155, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF MADEIRA BEACH YACHT CLUB, AN ADULT CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 51, PAGES 26 THROUGH 72, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JUNE 9, 1981 IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 5203, PAGES 83 THROUGH 191, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
