Lot 49, WHISPERING LAKES, PHASE ONE, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 93, Page 53, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 3807 Sunrise Lane, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34688.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant, Greenberg & Sinclair, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Ste. A, Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 1-4-2016, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
