NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-008426-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NEW YORK COMMUNITY BANK is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN E. GALLAGHER a/k/a KATHLEEN E. PINCHOT a/k/a KATHLEEN PINCHOT, MICHAEL C. PINCHOT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KATHLEEN E. GALLAGHER a/k/a KATHLEEN E. PINCHOT a/k/a KATHLEEN PINCHOT, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 and #2, if living, and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under and against the above-named Defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants, are the Defendants, Ken Burke, as Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 6, 2016, the below described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment:
Lot 12, Block 2, FERGUSON'S ESTATES, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 15, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. Failure of any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, other than the property owner, to file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale will result in a loss of entitlement to surplus funds.
