NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated November 3, 2015, entered in Civil Case No. 12-2420-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE HOME EQUITE ASSE TRUST 2005-8, HOME EQUITY PASS-THROGUH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-8, Plaintiff and VINCENT A. CASTELLI, LINDA S. RIGSBY; are defendant(s), Ken Burke, CPA, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 4, 2016 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

PARCEL 2: THAT WESTERN PART OF LOT 10, BLOCK 100, PASADENA ON THE GULF, SECTION B, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FROM THE NORTHWESTERN CORNER OF SAID LOT 10, BLOCK 100, PASADENA ON THE GULF, SECTION B, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, RUN THENCE 38.36 FEET SOUTH 68 DEGREES 48 MINUTES EAST, THENCE 73.50 FEET SOUTH 21 DEGREES 20 MINUTES WEST, THENCE 8.70 FEET SOUTH 89 DEGREES 48 MINUTES WEST THENCE 82.44 FEET NORTH 00 DEGREES 12 MINUTES WEST TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
PARCEL3: THAT PORTION OF VACATED ALLEY LYING BETWEEN LOT 7 AND LOT 10 AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5294, PAGE 429, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THIS SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
