Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2015, entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the Property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at a point on the South line of Drew Street, 760 feet East of the West boundary of the NE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 29 South, Range 15 East; run thence South 150 feet; thence East 65 Feet; thence North 150 feet; thence West 65 feet to the Point of Beginning, lying and being in Pinellas County,Florida. Being more particularly described as follows:
Begin at the Northwest corner of Lot 2, Block J, Unit 7 of Skycrest Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 30, Page 18, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; thence South 01 deg 27'18” East 150.00 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 2; thence North 89 deg 25'55” West, 65.00 feet; thence North 01 deg 27'18” West 150.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of Drew Street; thence along said South right-of-way line South 89 deg 25'55” East 65.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
Together with all parts, accessories, repairs, improvements and accessions to the property; all proceeds and products from the property; all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; and all water, water rights and watercourses relating to the property;
