NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 15-003212-CI, in which Plaintiff, Seneca Mortgage Servicing LLC, and Defendants, Willie J. Powell, Jr.; Jeanette E. Powell; State of Florida; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 , and all persons, corporations, or other entities claiming by, through, or under the defendants, the undersigned Clerk will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 4, Hughes' Forrest Bluff Replat, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 35, Page(s) 99, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a/k/a 436 63rd Avenue South, St. Petersburg, Florida 33705.
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10 a.m., on the 12th day of January, 2016, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
