NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 2013-CA-003073, in which Plaintiff, Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC, its Trustee, and Defendants, Karen A. Singson, Largo City of Florida, Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2, and all persons, corporations, or other entities claiming by, through, or under the defendants, the Clerk of the Court of Pinellas County will sell the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 325, Keene Park Unit 8, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 63, Page(s) 92, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
a/k/a 495 Keene Park Drive East, Largo, Florida 34641
Together with an undivided percentage interest in the common elements pertaining thereto at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10 a.m., on the 12th day of January, 2016, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
