Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 15-000200-CI , in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST BANK is the Plaintiff, and ELIZABETH A. ENOS A/K/A ELIZABETH A. GREENBERG, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 99, BUILDING 20, PHASE FOUR, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF SUN KETCH II, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 96, PAGES 75 THROUGH 83, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 17, 1987 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6541, PAGES 1815 THROUGH 1862 AND AMENDMENT ADDING PHASE FOUR, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6992, PAGE 245, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of January, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
