Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 29, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 13-003013-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and GEORGE K. BEARDSLEY, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 16, BLOCK 10, TARPON SPRINGS ENTERPRISES, INCORPORATED, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of February, 2016. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
