NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 28, 2015, entered in the above captioned action, Case No. 14-006526-CI, KEN BURKE, Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on March 1, 2016, at 10:00 a.m., the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 33, OAKWOOD HEIGHTS, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
