NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered November 16, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014CA-002545-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Bartow, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAAHET 2006-17 is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NADINE WRIGHT, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, CERVANTE BANKS, RAMELO BANKS, EDGAR LIVISTA WESTBROOKS, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC., POLK COUNTY, A POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CERVANTE BANKS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDGAR LIVISTA WESTBROOKS, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NADINE WRIGHT, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RAMELO BANKS,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the Estate of Nadine Wright, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.polk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4th day of January, 2016 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 27, MAGNOLIA TRAILS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
