NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated november 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 53-2015-CA-000042-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR YALE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST BETTY JO FRYE A/K/A BETTY CONNELLY FRYE, DECEASED; DONALD EUGENE FRYE A/K/A DONALD E. FRYE; JOSEPH EDWIN FRYE JOSEPH E. FRYE A/K/A JOSEPH EDWIN FRYE SR.; JODENA ANN FRYE A/K/A JODENA A. FRYE; AMY K. FRYE A/K/A AMY KRISTINE FRYE; SARAH B.
