NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated november 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 53-2015-CA-000042-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR YALE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST BETTY JO FRYE A/K/A BETTY CONNELLY FRYE, DECEASED; DONALD EUGENE FRYE A/K/A DONALD E. FRYE; JOSEPH EDWIN FRYE JOSEPH E. FRYE A/K/A JOSEPH EDWIN FRYE SR.; JODENA ANN FRYE A/K/A JODENA A. FRYE; AMY K. FRYE A/K/A AMY KRISTINE FRYE; SARAH B. STEPHENS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; STATE OF FLORIDA - DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; POLK COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M.
