NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated November 9, 2015, and entered in Case No. 53-2014-CA-004128-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A. F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK TRUST COMPANY, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR MASTR ADJUSTABLE RATE MORTGAGES TRUST 2004-11, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-11 is the Plaintiff and JANUSZ S. MAZUR A/K/A JANSUZ S. MAZUR A/K/A JANSUZ MAZUR; FAIRWAY OAKS ASSOCIATION, INC.; IMPERIALAKES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A THOMAS HALL, and TENANT #2 N/K/A TOMMIE TAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 1/8/2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
