NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 15000384CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and LINDA DELSON A/K/A LINDA D. DELSON; PROMENADES EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Barbara T. Scott will sell to the highest bidder for cash www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 4th day of January, 2016, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 222 OF PROMENADES EAST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 12, 1982, AND RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 711, PAGES 1158 THROUGH 1214, AND AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
