NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 11/30/15, and entered in 14000431CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW 2005-12 TRUST FUND, is the Plaintiff and PHILOMENE PAQUIOT; BIRCHWOOD I & II ASSOCIATION, INC.; FORT DE FRANCE PACQUIOT; TENANT N/K/A TOM SAPPINGTON are the Defendant(s). Barbara Scott as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on 12/30/15, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida statutes the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

BOOK 843, PAGE 135 AND AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 6, PAGES 13A THRU 13C, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION.
