NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 24, 2015, and entered in 15001539CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. , is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CARRON A. SPYKE, DECEASED.; PAULINE DAVIS; KEITH DAVIS; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICING, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC. D/BA CITIFINANCIAL EQUITY SERVICES, INC. ; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION ; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are the Defendant(s).
