and commonly known as: 3762 TRIPOLI BLVD, UNIT 21, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33950-7953; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale on 12/30/15 11 AM, at online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
