YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an Amended Complaint for Declaratory Judgment concerning a 1976 single wide HOME HS mobile home, Vehicle Identification No. 0361105J, Title No. 13629439 has been filed against you and that PALM BAY MHC HOLDINGS, LLC whose mailing address is 751 - 10th Street East, Palmetto, Florida, 34221, on or before a date which is within thirty (30) days of the first publication of this notice in the Business Observer and file the original with the Clerk of Court, 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida, 34205, (Post Office Box 25400, Bradenton, Florida, 34206) before service on Plaintiffs or immediately thereafter. IF YOU FAIL TO DO SO, A DEFAULT MAY BE ENTERED AGAINST YOU FOR THE RELIEF DEMANDED IN THE COMPLAINT.
