NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 41- 2015-CA-001818 in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida, wherein, HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc., Plaintiff, and, FAY JOHNSON, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at the hour of 11:00AM, on the 19th day of January, 2016, the following described property:
LOT 17, SHEFFIELD GLENN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 190, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
