NOTICE is hereby given that, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, will on the 5th day of January, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. EST, via the online auction site at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Manatee County, Florida, to wit:
Unit 42, SOUTHLAND CONDOMINIUM, A condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in OR Book 1012, pages 658 through 715, and all amendments thereto, and per the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 12, pages 72 and 73, and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.

pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
