NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001287 of the Circuit Court of the TwelfthJudicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida in which WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE PRIMESTAR-H FUND I TRUST, is the Plaintiff and NOWELL ROUTH; THE TRAIL OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.manatee.realforeclose.com. in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00 am on the 5th day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 136, THE TRAILS, PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 175 THROUGH 181, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY.
