Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 7, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CC-2179-AX of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWELFTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein FOURTH BAYSHORE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and MAURICE WATKINS; are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 11:00 AM, on the 8 day of JANUARY, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Apartment 26, Building B, The Fourth Bayshore Condominium, Section 22, as per Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 551, Pages 723 through 753, inclusive, Public Records of Manatee County, Florida, and amended in O,.R. Book 1102, Page 601, and O.R. Book 1102, page 602, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 3, Pages 9 and 10, and amended in Condominium Book 17, pages 117 and 119, inclusive of said records, A/K/A: 2119 Canal Drive, Unit B26, Bradenton, FL 34207
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
