Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on May 19, 2015 and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale entered on November 09, 2015, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Manatee County, Florida, the office of Angelina Colonneso, Clerk of the Circuit Court, shall sell the property situated in Manatee County, Florida, described as:
LOT 20, BLOCK “A-2”, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE, SUBPHASE B, UNIT 1, TRACTS 320 AND 321, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 29, PAGES 36 THROUGH 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, on January 06, 2016 beginning at 11:00 AM.
