NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 1, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006835 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Matthew Thomas Loboda; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Regent Park Master Association, Inc.; Regent Park Cluster Homes Association, Inc.; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A KRISTIN LOBODA are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the January 4, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
