NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 02, 2015 and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001606 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R11, is Plaintiff and JOHN WILLIAMS, CORA WILLIAMS, are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 4 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 150 FEET OF TRACT 115, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 29, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 57; LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PARCEL TAKEN BY THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, BY ORDER OF TAKING, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 830, PAGE 2006, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
