NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the cause pending in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No. 2014-CA-002722, in which Ventures Trust 2013-I-H-R by MCM Capital Partners, LLC its trustee, is Plaintiff, and Gerardo Jimenez; Veronica Sanchez; Bank of America, N.A.; Walden Oaks of Naples Homeowners Association, Inc.; Lexington at Walden Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Lexington at Lone Oak Homeowners Association, Inc.; Walden Shores Property Owner's Association, Inc. and Unknown Tenants of Possession, are Defendants, the undersigned Clerk will publish this Notice of Sale in the Business Observer and will sell the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida:
Lot 25, Walden Shores, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 25, Page(s) 88 and 89, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Property Address: 7029 Lone Oak Blvd., Naples, FL 34109
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 am on the 30 day of December, 2015, the sales are held in the lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex at 33315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
Any person claiming interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
