MARTINEZ A/K/A MODESTA RAMIREZ A/K/A MODESTA MARTINEZ, DECEASED; EUGENIO MARTINEZ, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE MODESTA R. MARTINEZ A/K/A MODESTA RAMIREZ A/K/A MODESTA MARTINEZ, DECEASED; OLGA OLIVIA CISNEROS A/K/A OLGA OLIVIA MARTINEZ, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF MODESTA R. MARTINEZ A/K/A MODESTA RAMIREZ A/K/A MODESTA MARTINEZ, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; LIBERTY BAIL BONDS; TENANT #1 N/K/A EUGENIO MARTINEZ are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 4 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
