NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2014-CA-002137-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein BANKUNITED, N.A. is Plaintiff and ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST MAX C. BARBER A/K/A MAX BARBER, DECEASED; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAX C. BARBER A/K/A MAX BARBER; CHRISTOPHER BARBER A/K/A TOPHER BARBER; TODD BARBER; TIMOTHY BARBER A/K/A TYLER BARBER; REBECCA RICHARDSON; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MBNA AMERICA (DELAWARE), N.A.; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 30 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 118, MARCO BEACH UNIT FOUR, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 32-37 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
