NOTICE is hereby given that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment entered in this cause on December 2, 2015, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, Case No.: 2011-CA-002643-0001XX, the office of the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit/Week 19, in condominium parcel 602, Sunset Cove Resort and Suites Condominium, a Condominium according to the declaration thereof, and recorded December 16, 2004, in Official Records Book 3698, Page 2185, and subsequent amendments, if any, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Which has the address of 571 West Elkcam Circle, Marco Island, Florida 34145.
at public sale to the highest bidder for cash on January 4, 2016; at 11:00 a.m., in the lobby on the 3rd floor Lobby at the Courthouse Annex in the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
