NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 36-2015-CA-050752 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and John S Leonardi aka John Leonardi, , are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 7 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
