NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-050781 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Rose Acceptance, Inc. is the Plaintiff and N.G. LAND A/K/A NANCY LAND and MULTIBANK 2010-1 SFR VENTURE LLC the Defendants. Linda Doggett, Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 9:00 AM on 1 day of April, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 11, TROPIC SHORES ESTATES ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE IN THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
