NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-050553 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE3, is the Plaintiff and Maria T Corredor aka Maria Corredor, City of Cape Coral, Florida, U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, in trust for the registered holders of Citigroup Mortgage Loan Trust, Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-HE3, Unknown Party #1 nka Freddy Troctz, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 7 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
