Final Judgment was awarded on December 4, 2015 in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050883, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR ARGENT MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-W1, ASSET-BACKED NOTES SERIES 2005-W1 is the Plaintiff, and JAMES E. MCWHORTER JR AKA JAMES E. MCWHORTER AKA JAMES EDWARD MCWHORTER; DONNA MCWHORTER AKA DONNA J. MC WHORTER AKA DONNA JOYCE MCWHORTER; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION are Defendants.
