NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 4 day of December, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2015-CA-050397, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-82, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-82, is the Plaintiff and DANNY CHRISTOFFERSEN, TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., A FLORIDA NOT FOR PROFIT CORPORATION, TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE RECREATION ASSOCIATION, INC are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at, 9:00 AM on the 8 day of January, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 127, TIMBERWOOD VILLAGE 1 CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL BOOK 1741, AT PAGE(S) 2968, ET SEQ. OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL APPURTENANCES THEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS MAY BE AMENDED.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
