NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed December 4, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 13-CA-052681 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues, at 9:00 AM on 8 day of January, 2016 on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 616, of Marina South II at Cape Harbour Condominium, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Instrument No. 2007000157099, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
