NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-051353 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR CMALT REMIC SERIES 2007-A8 - REMIC PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-A8, is Plaintiff, and GREGG F. MCNEAL, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 2 day of May, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 15 AND 16, IN BLOCK 3447, OF UNIT 67, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, AT PAGE 57 THROUGH 65, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
