NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 29, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-057166, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET MORTGAGE PRODUCTS, INC., MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC1 is the Plaintiff, and JORGE L. PEREZ A/K/A JOSE PEREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JORGE L. PEREZ N/K/A MARIA LOPEZ; CACH, LLC; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; ROSE MARTINEZ; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on January 8, 2016 at 9:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 147, UNIT 14, SAN CARLOS PARK, A SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 225, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
