NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 3, 2015, wherein, GDBT I TRUST 2011-1, is the Plaintiff, and FREEDOM INVESTMENT SOLUTIONS AS TRUSTEE OF 300 GARDENS EDGE, #311, VENICE, FL RESIDENTIAL TRUST; MAGNOLIA PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; ZBIGNIEW PAWLOWSKI; IRENA PAWLOWSKA are the Defendants. KAREN E. RUSHING, as the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM on JANUARY 7, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 311, BUILDING 3 OF MAGNOLIA PARK, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2006210473, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 10, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 300 GARDENS EDGE DRIVE, #311, VENICE, FLORIDA 34287 (“Property”)
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
