NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale entered on December 3, 2015, entered in Case No. 2015-CC-001069-NC in the County Court in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein BENEVA RIDGE ASSOCIATION, INC., is Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER GEORGOPULOS, et al, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: 9:00 A.M. on January 8, 2016. ( ) www.sarasota.realforeclose.com the Clerk's website for online auctions after first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 331, BENEVA RIDGE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 1140, PAGE 1097-1145, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDMINIUM BOOK 9, PAGE 26, 26A, AND 26B, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
