NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in 2015 CA 001226 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-11, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and NICOLETTE FREIRE; ALAN FREIRE ; SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 211, BUILDING 4, SERENADE ON PALMER RANCH CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS #2005045834, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
