NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2015, and entered in 2010 CA 009650 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE ASSETS TRUST 2007-5, MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERFTIFICATES SERIES 2007-5 is the Plaintiff and AMY KATANIC F/K/A AMY DETORE; NICHOLAS S. KATANIC A/K/A NICHOLAS KATANIC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MIROSLAVA KATANIC; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SLAVKO KATANIC N/K/A MIROSLAVA KATANIC are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 15, 2016, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 200 FEET OF WEST 1/2 OF BLOCK 3, SOUTH-SIDE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 8, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
